Having had a lot of experience of hiring professionals (and not-so professionals) over the last 5 years, Will is in a class of his own. Capable, fast, efficient, highly skilled and knowledgeable and above all a great communicator - he actually uses his phone to let clients know exactly what is happening, and even returns calls, texts and emails!!!! I have twice had Will round to prune and cut back trees at my property, and I'll certainly be employing him again. He was recommended to me by a friend who is a gardener. His rates are reasonable, and I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, and totally satisfied with the work done. What's more, when a strong wind blew down a branch shortly after his visit, he returned to sort it out at no extra charge.He's also friendly, polite and helpful, which is not something you can always take for granted. Will is reliable and very keen to make sure you get what you want. He's flexible and ensures his work is top quality, he also employs very good people. I'd recommend him, he did a big job for us clearing our garden, finding corrugated iron and other things in the process that were cleared, took all the materials through the house (we are in a terraced house), laid a new lawn, put in new fencing and new plants and we're very pleased with it.
