Wild Country Fitness offers personal training, run coaching and small group fitness classes for women.
I am based in the Wild Country, on the outskirts of Bristol and I like to use the outdoors as my inspiration for getting moving. I work mainly with women and I am passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals, but also to make themselves a priority too!
I offer a service that is about much more than the physical training sessions themselves. I can give nutrition advice and help you find ways to make healthy eating and exercise a habit - and a happy habit too.
It is never to late to start exercising and getting moving and to find what works for you.
