Never known someone to remember pretty much everything you say to them without writing it down. Just shows how much Wez actively listens to you and wants to help. He helped me every session I had and never made me feel like any problem was too small. Anything I said he addressed in a professional manner to help me understand myself better. Counselling with a difference! Perhaps not what you would expect - but certainly in a good way.
Before I went I was dreading getting one of those boring councellor's you see off the tv that say 'hmm' and 'ahh' and not much else;
thankfully that was not the case here.
Wez actually listens to you and talks things through, he makes a genuine effort to understand you personally and provide encouragement. He offers a professional but also friendly and personal service. He makes you feel comfortable to chat about whatever is on your mind that session and you don't feel rushed or pressured.
I was always open to the idea of counselling but Wez's way of working worked much better than I could ever have hoped. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Wez and WestCap Services.

Amazing service offered by Wez would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for that extra support. With his guidance and support I can now sit here and say I'm happy and excited for the future something I never thought I'd say again. In addition his flexibility with his appointments days, evenings and weekends was great when I return to work.Despite my anxiety he made me feel so welcome and the environment just allows you to relax even during the hardest times. He really does make the sessions completely individualised and lets you take it in whatever direction you want, with no pressure attached. I never expected a counsellor to understand let alone run with my out of the box analogies when I couldn't express my thoughts. I mean I can't see many counsellors spending a session talking about super mario and labyrinth and understanding what I was trying to say but he did.For me working with Wez has given me my life back and I can't thank him enough. Being able to help in any way I can, and seeing clients overcome difficulties and see change!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Everybody needs support some time, and at times, there aren't places people can go.
Waiting lists are high, and usually one type of support is offered.
I wanted to offer an affordable and personal service for local people
