The KVS team undertook our restaurant kitchen renovation project and they were beyond fantastic. As we had to close the restaurant, they made sure all the work was carried out in time and they even stayed and helped us to set the kitchen and to reopen. The workmanship was brilliant. We have not had any issues and we have since started working with KVS on a regular basis across all our restaurants. As a property developer I've used KVS Building Services for almost a decade. They are reasonably priced and work to a very high standard. They will often suggest to you ways of improving an architect's or engineer's ideas because they have the experience and knowledge to do so. They are a one stopshop for most kinds of building work and don't need anyone to oversee the work as they just get on with it, quickly and professionally. I have used KVS several times in the last few years. Today, they have just completed the installation of a kitchen in one of my flats. They completed another one a few weeks earlier too. Both kitchens now look brilliant, finished perfectly and with great attention to detail. With KVS, I do not have to do any running around, they just say, "don't worry, we'll do it". The most hassle free , professional , prompt and reliable company you could ever come across .
Valentyn & his team took on our extension & renovation project last summer and made the whole process pain free especially as we carried on living in the house throughout the building works.
In the three months they were here, they never missed a day, never turned up late, always cleaned as they went along and best of all by the time they finished THERE WAS NO SNAGGING LIST!
Valentyn is very meticulous, practical and a problem solver and very importantly, he stayed within our budget & time frame.
A year on from completion, we have not had a single problem arising.
We have recommended him to our friends and family and have had the best feedback .
