She is great untill something goes wrong then she can't take responsibility. I paid her £425 for an inflatable pub. Her terms and conditions say that if the weather disallows the event to go ahead then she'll refund moneys minus the initial £85 deposit or full money back as a credit. However she won't actually do that. The pub was also not as advertised with Halloween stickers and broken zips. She took everything away before our party started ⁴ they were soaked but still keeps insisting on keeping the money for furniture and a pallet bar she knows we did not use. How can you morally treat your customers this way? This pub should never have left the warehouse that day with the forecast but rather than admit her mistake she's quite happy to leave me without a lot of money for something that was just a headache More...

Michelle's set up for our wedding on 14th July was absolutely fantastic- she took the time to read and discuss our ideas and plans and transformed an ordinary hall into a fantastic venue for our special day. We particularly loved the wedding arch and the LED dance floor for our evening reception.She is very approachable and seems to genuinely love helping people have the best day ever. Michelle and her team went over and above to help on the big day- helping me sort out some issues caused by other suppliers which could easily have had a negative impact on our day. Wee Tait did my mums wedding for free as my stepdad was dying with cancer.This lady does so much charity work !! Amazing service from start to finish nothing was to much trouble, used her own free time to come and speak to us to call us daily to arrange everything. The cake was beautiful and tasted sooo good. Reading the other review I’m shocked this lady who runs this business is one of the most kind caring people I have come across who went above and beyond that day and For weeks before it, nothing but caring and compassionate and would definitely recommend. I lost my daughter to suicide also and this lady and her company keep offing services For a fundraiser for mental health. I know personally from the work she does if there was any problems she wouldn’t have went away she would have fixed them and not just left.
