I ordered the Napoli 5 seater a couple of months ago and was very happy with the experience of using Alice Garden UK.From Ordering, to correspondence right through to it all being delivered to our patio. Because of this exceptional service I asked if they could please let me know if any of the middle chairs become available and in a professional manner they of course agreed.A few weeks later I received an email from Carla to say one had become readily available and without hesitation I ordered another Middle chair.Again, all went as well as the first order only this time they left it around the back for us as no one was home. Was more than happy with this!Our 5 seater is now a 6 seater :) Thinking that was the last of it and being happy with what we already received I was pleasantly surprised by an email sent this time from Lavinia of Alice Garden UK and literally just the other day.again they have stock of said Napoli and asked if I'd be interested.... Errr yeahhh....!I paid just moments ago for another middle chair to match what we have and although we've not received it yet, I have every bit of faith in Alice Garden UK that they'll deliver yet another exceptional service from ordering through to it being delivered. Nothing but a 5 Star review from me. Carla (Customer Care) has been exceptional from the outset. I asked Carla if Alice's Garden could let me know when another single chair of what we ordered becomes available and she did just that. Overall very pleased. Customer Service is very good. Pyla parasol looks to be very high quality, robust with a good action. It is heavy, but that is a sign of strong construction.The supplier mislabelled the canopy fabric which gave a little concern but that was resolved by customer service quickly. I am struggling to find the words to express my gratitude.I was after a WHITE 3x4mt parasol but couldn't it on their website as out of stock - I then bought the last one available on Alice's Garden website - in grey - also beautiful but then Alejandro (who I previously exchanged a couple of emails with) out of great customer care, must have informed Lavina and, within a few hours, she emailed me back; she managed to find the very last WHITE parasol for me - and even at a better price, I was absolutely over the moon!I emailed back immediately and the following morning I called customer service and promptly Lavinia, was on the phone with me.She patiently helped me processing the exchange and as she is simply great, she found on Shpock a few more items at a fantastic price for my little courtyard - which is surely going to look pretty amazing :)All this, required several emails and transactions.Lavinia was incredibly professional, friendly and knows her job really well, I can certainly say that this, is the best customer service I ever received, no doubt. We recently purchased the VASTO 8 Cube patio furniture from Alice's Garden Prior to placing the order, I had a few questions so phoned the number on the website. A lovely lady answered straight away, and was so polite and welcoming, answering my queries and explaining a few things to me, so I placed the order onlineI was given an estimated delivery schedule and was advised that the delivery company would contact me on the morning of the delivery and again one hour prior to delivery, which they didIn fact, I received regular text updates as well, The delivery arrived on time, and the gentlemen were so charming and courteousThe furniture itself was easy to assemble, looks to be of excellent quality and is just what we were looking for. I cannot comment on durability as we have only had the product for a week, however, it does appear to be really sturdy and well made, and looks stunning in our garden I realised I should actually have ordered the cover as well, so a week later, placed the order. We've bought the Caligari rattan garden set and some sun loungers from Alice's Garden and so far I've been impressed with the price, the speed of delivery and most importantly the quality of the furniture. I just wish my house was a nice as some of the ones in the customer's photos of the Caligari furniture!My dealings with customer service, I've asked a fair few questions, have been great. Fabulous corner unit in black rattan effect. Looks lovely on my Caravan decking. Arrived in 2 huge boxes, packed really well. Units are separate so you can configure them in any order that you want. Really easy to assemble, and I am in a wheelchair!!Very light and well made. Cushions are water, fire and sun damage proof with zip on covers. The table has suckers to place glass panel on top. I also purchased the matching storage box so that we can put the cushions away when we are not at caravan. This also was really simple to assemble. I love it and it looks fab. Bargain. More...
