I have brought my car to this garage for an MOT every year since I started driving. The service is amazing and the staff are all very friendly and they are very efficient! It’s so easy to book an MOT either online or over the phone. As I work different hours throughout the week the receptionist was very helpful at fitting me in at a time that best suited me. When my car failed its mot one year they were very obliging and got me the best prices in order to get my car back on the road. I called the garage when my van broke down on Perry Hill on Saturday with my daughter in the car. We Fix got out to me really quickly and recovered me back to the garage and turned my car around within a couple of days. It's hard these days to find a truly honest garage, but after reading the reviews for We Fix I chose to have my Range Rover Sport looked at by them. They are always very honest about the issues and unlike a lot of garages I have used in the past, do not just say - it needs replacing! They give you honest advice about everything and leave it up to you to decide without being pushy at all. The customer service is always really good, as is the work, and the price. The clutch on my car was on its way out. These guys did everything they could to help me and more. They fitted me in as soon as they could despite being very busy and provided me with a courtesy car. Sadly, my clutch gave way five minutes before I made it to the garage on the day is booked it in. Within 5 minutes of me ringing them Roger had arranged recovery and rang me to let me know and to reassure me. Whilst fixing my car, the mechanics picked up on a major fault that I wasn't aware of and if it'd gone unnoticed could have potentially been quite dangerous. The garage rang me to let me know, advised me what was best but I never felt pushed, I was given the information and allowed to make the decision for myself. This garage is so friendly and they make the effort to remember your name which, although such a small token, leaves you feeling valued and wanting to return. Such a hard-working team who completed the work and more on my car within a day!! My car drives like its new and I would happily return time and time again with confidence. More...
