Awful - AVOID! I hate leaving negative reviews, but please take my advice and do not employ this company to carry out a survey. Watsons missed a major structural defect in my report and have subsequently refused to offer any support with the issue. They will include vague, wide ranging disclaimers in their report so that their incompetence is covered, rendering the survey pointless. Choosing Watsons is one of the worst decisions I've ever made!
