I'm very arthritic, have had lots of problems walking probably due to having three hip operations.So Warren has helped me get back to feeling normal again. I can go for brisk walks, don't feel sluggish or even couch potato like anymore. For all of this I am very grateful. He is a true professional and good at what he does More...

Warren worked on my back over two 1.5 hour sessions and the pain has completely gone ! Can't recommend him enough ..; a thoughtful , professional and ultimately relaxing service with results .

I provide an holistic approach to health and fitness in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Using a comprehensive assessment procedure I can identify strengths and deficits in musculoskeletal function, core function, balance, proprioception, stability, mobility, endurance, strength and power. I can also assess diet and lifestyle factors and also go into much deeper coaching, programming at the subconscious level using techniques such as Jungian psychoanalysis in order to help you reach your full potential. I am well versed in exercise rehabilitation and corrective exercise as well as functional exercise. I can also provide Sports massage and soft tissue therapy.

It's no secret, the fundamentals are quite simple. Trouble is simple isn't always easy! After many years of developing and refining my coaching practice I have boiled it down to this;
1. Stop dieting and start nourishing the body.
We are chronically starved of essential nutrients and overburdened with empty calories.
2. Heal Digestion.
Compromised digestion caused by food intolerance's and toxins in refined and processed food reduces the bodies ability to absorb nutrients and also leads to inflammation.
3. Improve quality of sleep.
We don't sleep enough and the sleep we do get is poor quality. Exhaustion has become a virtue. It's slowly killing us and making us fat and ill in the process.
4. Reduce stress.
Chronic stress causes the body to store more fat.
5. Work through emotional issues.
6. Detoxify yourself.
The body will store excess toxins that the liver can't deal with in fat cells.

It is congruent with my core values. I really do believe that through the use of massage, holistic coaching and movement we can improve ourselves inwardly and externally in a positive way that will have an impact on the world. I love helping people feel good about themselves and I get a kick out of helping people grow and develop. But most importantly I love doing this because it's fun!
