I was celebrating a big birthday and asked Paul to cater for us. From the word go he was brilliant – happy to tweak the menu a little to cater for some guests with scary allergies and it was exciting, delicious food served with no fuss and quite a bit of panache. I have never had so many compliments over the catering and so many people went back for seconds, thirds (and fourths!) that my worst fears were confirmed – minimal leftovers to take home. Paul and his team catered our wedding last weekend and they did such a fantastic job. The food was first-rate and was spefically commented upon by multiple guests as being so delicious! They catered for all dietary requirements with no problems at all, and our vegan guests were especially impressed, saying they'd never had such lovely food at a wedding before. The food was amazing, we all loved it and several guests asked for his details for their future events.Paul's manner and professionalism made arranging my wedding a pleasure. I have never met a chef as pleasant as him and he thought of everything. He replied promptly to emails and nothing was a problem for him. The communication was second to none. The waiting staff were so friendly and went out of their ways to keep our guests happy (you could tell they enjoy their jobs).I can't recommend Paul highly enough.
