Absolutely love this gym! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they are so dedicated to helping you achieve results and are always willing to answer any questions, give advice or show you how to use a machine or do a particular exercise. The gym has great equipment and plenty of it. Management always respond to and act on feedback quickly. All staff are approachable and other gym members are friendly so it’s a nice environment to work out in. There are lots of classes led by motivating and fun instructors- they make working out enjoyable! I’ve been coming to this gym for almost 18 months- the longest I’ve ever sustained any attempt at fitness. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are, and how they always push you harder to go that extra mile. I do PT sessions once a week with an excellent trainer (Red) and the rest of the week I drop in to do classes in the evenings. The classes are varied and so much fun, there’s a great vibe all around. I have been in this gym a year now, and it is a lovely place to go training. I felt welcome and accepted quickly, staff is always willing to help, give advice, works hard to get new ideas, they get the members to participate in how best to develop the gym. They always try to develop a bond between members by organising drinks and little fiesta, and also welcoming potential new members. Always very friendly and always very welcoming. Lots of usual faces coming regularly, so easy to make gym buddies quickly and share experiences.The gym itself is never too crowded and there is always space for exercising, lots of equipment and facilities too to choose from. Same for the changing rooms (well Ladies side).Personal Trainers are knowledgeable, all different but Personal Training can be something quite personal. You can trust they will help and advise and motivate you according to what you want to achieve. They will listen and always try and accommodate. There will always be some kind of incentives or programs for us to use. They do invest in their members.Their classes are good too and varied. Only wish there were a little more of classes maybe on Fridays or Saturdays/Sundays.As a whole great gym with very nice people, well priced and you get just what you need or want. No extra luxury being spent to the disfavour of the member. The member is listened to. Honestly ,The entire gym is brilliant in everything the price is quite cheap the overall members are good the staff members are so friendly and helpful I have been training for more than a year I didnt find any carelessness from the staff members Overall friendly atmosphere. the equipments are new with an excellent maintenance the area manager is really professional and decent he knows how to make everyone happy and satisfied at the time when you are report in anything ,he is really helpful and friendly he will act to resolve any issues instantly.Well done for everyone Jaff More...

I was a member of this gym for a year whilst living in West Ealing, it is without doubt the friendliest of gyms that I've used. The staff are all more than willing to answer any questions. I attended the circuits classes twice a week and they were always very good. Chev in particular was always very helpful and is a great PT. The value for money here makes it a no brainer for anyone in the area, highly recommend. More...

What can I say about my journey.When I first came to the gym in west ealing on their launch day I met a lovely human being and his name was Chev. I wanted to lose weight and he helped me and talked about what I need to do and he helped me with my diet. He trained me with 101% effortlessly and His hard work I have seen results.Chev is a brilliant personal trainer who has always helped me and taught me everything I need and to do to lose weight he is such a lovely warm hearted person who has been a fantastic inspiration and I am glad I came to the launch and met chev because he has truly helped me so much and even after the sessions I did with him he teached me and told me I have worked really hard whilst training with him now is the time to graduate and join up with the gym because I have passed with my sessions with him personally with training and chev gave me the confidence and courage to join the gym which I was very scared and shy at first but I met the wonderful team at the gym who all were extremely helpful and every time I asked a question or advice the team would help me Deone and Marlon I met who were so lovely and friendly and I met the owner who was really nice and friendly. I can talk to them about my goals and weight loss journey. Chev is a great asset to your team at west ealing and I couldn't find a better personal trainer he is the best I have never met a person like chev in my experience and the west ealing gym is a fantastic place, so guys call Chev because he will make you reach your goals he will make you work hard and sweat but will encourage you but it will be all worth it in the end so thank you Chev from the bottom of my heart keep up your good work thank you and best wishes.Best regardsKelly D'paul More...

This is very nice medium sized new gym. Lots of free classes which you have to register in advance. Cost is about 20 pound not bad. Good trainer and a helpful owner.

Very nice gym. It is not crowded at all even though the price is so low. Very clean also and the staff is friendly.
However it would be great if they would have an incline leg press (classical leg press with plates) instead of the horizontal one which is very uncomfortable or the squat machine which almost no one uses.
A hammer strength machine for back exercises would also be great but these will just be icing on the cake.
They gym is very well equipped for the price.
