Each session with Emma is a 100% confidential conversation between you and Emma where she gives you time to explore areas of your life you wish to change, as being listened to is not something that happens a lot in our day-to-day life. Emma actively listens, probing, paraphrasing and challenges, so she can get to the heart of your thoughts. By ask powerful questions to make you think long and hard about what you really want, and to help you explore your ideas and gain deep insights into your life. This can spark a ‘Light bulb’, or ‘aha moment!’ Which result in a courageous decision being made that moves your life forward in a new direction

What do you love most about your job?
Personally I don't see life coaching as a job, as life coaching is a heart filled passion of mine . But if I had to single out one thing I most love about helping my clients, it's seeing them reach their end goal and embracing the tools which enable them to reach clarity , positive and a life they have always dreamed of living.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent most of my adult life going around and around in circles not really knowing what my purpose in life was and suffering from dark bouts of depression mixed in with anxiety. Eventually, I decided it was time I sorted myself out, found who I really was and start living my life full of exciting experiences and possibilities. So I nervelessly approached a life coach and with their help worked through a lot of issues that was hindering my life. Cutting a long story short, I found I had such compassion and empathy for other people that where going through similar life issues I had gone through, I trained as a holistic therapist and then on as a health coach, because I new my calling in life was to help other people embrace and experience exciting new possibilities and live a full filling life. After qualifying as a health coach, I went on to do my masters in mindfulness and Wabi-Sabi Holistic Therapy was born.

I can emphasis with how people are feeling and embrace their emotional, mental and physical health because I have been there myself. By giving all my clients the opportunity to not only be heard but truly listened to which is something we majorly lack in our lives today. Though the power of being listened to my clients come up their own ideas, as it's my job to help them evaluate their options, raise their awareness and ensure that what they decide to do is in line with their value system.
I also help to motivate and help my clients to stay focused on the set of positive actions they need to carry out by keeping in constant contact with them between sessions and during sessions, which makes it a lot more likely for my clients to achieve the tasks they working on. Most importantly, I ensure all my clients gain the tools to help them live their life more positively and with more clarity and purpose than ever before.

Depression & Anxiety Coaching
For many, depression and anxiety coaching serves as a useful addition to their existing treatment programme and can play an important role in recovery, offering encouragement and support to you as you struggling to engage in your day-to-day activities. A big part of depression and anxiety coaching is establishing what area of your life you want to work on and setting goals to move forward. Having a tendency towards the negative can make it difficult to motivate yourself. If you have depressive symptoms, you may find yourself feeling lethargic and uninterested. Meeting regularly with a life coach can offer a regular dose of optimism and energy. Every one of my coaching session allows you the opportunity to focus on the 'new you', on the 'you' you want to become. Together work on removing negative and unhelpful ways of thinking. This helps to make way for more positive and productive ways of thinking. By understanding what's missing in your life in terms of joy is also important. During our sessions we will identify areas that may be lacking while helping you to find ways to fill these areas with more joy. This may include nurturing your relationships, finding ways to de-stress or even starting a new hobby.
