Went for clutch work. When I took the car started smelling of burnt clutch, my driving was blamed for the clutch issue I drove it to a nearby tyre shop and twice had issues to engage the gear . Took it back , they looked at it and drove the car on the road and said when they drive it’s ok and when we drive it’s the way we are driving . Came back to garage and when I started the issues were the same and then car wouldn’t start . I was initially told clutch has gone , how can a newly changed clutch that cost almost 1000 pounds go in 15 mins . I was told it can go in 25 seconds . Then it was the heat generated due to wrong use of clutch that has melted something now . And I still need to pay them another 400 . I have been driving for 6 years . I've had bad experiences with MOT centres and car repair shops. However I've finally found one I feel can trust in VRS. They're as honest as the day is long, do great work and are relatively inexpensive. Thoroughly recommend.

Really pleased with the repair these guys carried out on my car. Faulty camshaft and turbo, so not a small job by any means. They were knowledgeable and professional in their approach. They also dealt with the warranty company for me so all I had to do was to pick up my car after they repaired my car. VRS Coventry made my day! I took my car in for repairs and they totally blew me away. The charges were reasonable and the service received was excellent. I rang the garage explaining the fault I had with my Mondeo and they booked it in for a convenient time for me. I was able to drop it off the night before. I took my car in the evening to drop it off and they had a quick look at it for me. They were able to repair it there and then. The turbo boost pipe had gone. The lads who worked in the shop were great and worked fast. Steve who was my contact there was very helpful and friendly. Steve explained everything. I was recommened VRS by my partner so I had them quote me for a service, which was much more reasonably priced than the dealer I bought my car from. always been very pleased with the service offered by this garage. The staff very polite and all the work done on my two cars as been done to a very high standard.
The cost as compered faverably with other garages of similar standards and so much lower than main dealer services. Will obviously use VRS again.

WHAT A GREAT GARAGE!! makes a change to the usual slimey rip off garages dotted around Coventry!
Had the pleasure of dealing with Steven the manager over the counter, explained the urgency and situation.
Car fixed & squeezed in fixed in no time!
The garage is modern and well equipped and staffed!

This is the first time that I did MOT for my car in England. I heard it would be much more tricky that the garage in England doing MOT than in Northern Ireland where I used to live.
