I provide matwork pilates classes in the Grays Essex area, also one to one and small group training, pilates or PT. I also work at a Pilates studio in Brentwood where I teach clients how to use the Pilates equipment - the reformer and cadillac.

I started Pilates because I was getting hip and back pain. After a few weeks it is improved so much. Helen is a great teacher and gives options to make the moves easier or harder so it really is sutible for everyone. I love the classes and feel much stronger and better for it! More...
