What’s your signature dish?
Our customer's favourite dish is our Manufaa wraps, beneficial kamut and coconut flat bread (roti) served with a selective vegetable stew.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
-We intend to keep in great contact with our buyers to ensure that they are happy with the menu. Communications will be via email and phone call or zoom call. We hold their enquiry form that covers the theme, level of spices, meeting dietary needs and all other relevant information.
We will then present to our buyers a menu that best suits their event. Buyers are free to make any suggestions.
What do you love most about your job?
Our customers loving our meals. It makes them very happy which makes it very enjoyable for the team to witness.
We also enjoy creating new dishes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are vegan and we feel that vegan food also needs to be included at events/ work as many vegans are often left out.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our food is genuinely delicious and nutritious! Our vegan meals surprises meat lovers and makes them want to convert.
