I can't say enough good things about this Salon. Everything from the appearance to the service is just top notch! Claire was my hairstylist for my wedding, she did a fantastic job for me and my girls! I have been back a couple of times since and always come away happy. Alex did some subtle blonde highlights for me last year which I was quite nervous about as I didnt want them too harsh. She listened to me so carefully and achieved the look i was after with ease, and she recently nailed it once again with my most recent cut! I just love my new hair! Thanks girls! More...

Amazing Salon I just had my hair done here yesterday and i am so pleased as always. I have gone here over the years for various colours & cuts and wedding hair updo's and i have always been treated so well by all the staff and i am always blown away by the results. I always feel at home in the salon it is such a warm inviting place to be and the skills and artistic talent of all the hairdressers is second to none and everyone is an individual. I had my hair done for a friends wedding and the staff were so good at helping figure out what best suited me. Sophie took her time and tried out lots of options and really listened to my description of what I wanted. My hair is notorious for curls dropping out and she assured me that the way she set it that it wouldnt happen and she was absolutely right. My hair stayed in place all day and the curls are still good the next day! The owner was so lovely keeping my 5 year old daughter occupied while she waited and even helped her design a dress for her dolly. Such lovely staff and really talented at their craft. Vintage Rocks is truly a parlour like no other you will ever go to. Yes, it's quirky, with its 1950s rockabilly floor, unique stations with old Hollywood lights and colourful flamingo nick nacks and selection of pin up books to dream over.
Yes, they offer you cupcakes or yummy biscuits with a cheerful smile. And all this is wonderful.
But what's even make magical than that is the owner and her carefully hand picked staff. My goodness! Everyone treats their hair differently, but Clare and her team listen very carefully to how you feel about it and what you're looking for to guide you through your appointment. I for example, consider my long hair precious and have left previous hairdressers either destraught that their "one inch" became much more and I felt I'd been scalped; and others became lazy and disinterested and charged me full price for not really doing a whole lot with it. Never in vintage rocks.
The team will brightly welcome you like an old friend even if you're a new client. They can create the colours you've been longing for, and they pride themselves on making sure you leave truly happy. I've never left feeling less than beautiful which for me is no small feat I assure you. Absolutely the best in the business, very grateful they exist

I had my first visit to Vintage Rocks yesterday and after a few decades of wishing my hair was something other than it was Claire has made me love my curly hair!
An amazing curly restyle and a little masterclass whilst Claire styled my hair meant I walked away feeling beautiful! Even my 'bed-hair' curls this morning were fantastic because of the expert cut and definitely put a spring in my step this morning!
