I highly recommend trying these classes! I have one to ones with Sophie and when I first started I couldn't climb or hold myself up there. Now she has me climbing and doing all sorts of crazy stuff (in a good way!). Not surprisingly Aerial is challenging at times but Sophie makes the whole class fun making the more difficult poses & climbs accessible and eventually do-able! I can't recommend private sessions with her enough - you will definitely notice a difference in strength and even confidence! Love, love, love it! Thanks so much Sophie! More...
