An absolutely 'amazing experience' with a fully explained and meaningful consultation.I have never had such an in depth consultation regarding my hair, its current condition and what can be done to improve its colour, volume and style. Time was taken to identify my face and head shape whilst also discussing how the colour of clothes I wear inform my mood and personality. I now feel empowered to improve my hairs condition and well being, identify a more appropriate hair colour and understand how different colour palates affect the appearance of my skin. I honestly had the best experience here and would highly recommend it!!I went to Valentinos last week to have my hair highlighted and cut. It was the first time I’ve been but I will definitely be going back! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt totally at ease and relaxed. I’ve been to so many hairdressers and have always felt a bit on edge and worried that the stylist isn’t really listening to what I’m saying but this is 100% not the case at Valentinos. I’m so chuffed with the finished look – super natural and my hair is in much better condition than when I walked in the door. You can really tell the salon has spent time perfecting its values and all the stylists are totally on board with this. A lovely experience all round – I’m so pleased to have found it!! As a birthday surprise my lovely partner Pete treated me to a wonderful colour and blow dry at Valentino's. I was totally blown away by Natalia, she was very knowledgeable and knew what would suit me more than I did! She was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. The staff were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. My hair looked amazing, I felt like a film star walking down the spiral staircase to the reception area. I went to Valentino a few weeks ago to have my hair restyled. I had taken the decision to go from long hair to something much shorter, so was very anxious about it. I have very fine hair and every time I ever went to have my hair cut, I came out disappointed. Valentino was recommended to me by a colour stylist so I decided to book in with him. My experience there was extraordinary. Valentino chatted with me for about 45 minutes because he wanted a good idea of my character, lifestyle, reason for wanting a restyle before he decided on the best cut. That was followed by an analysis of my face shape, facial features and the shape of the back of my head in order to ascertain what style would bring out my best features and would therefore suit me the best. When Valentino had finished, my hair looked absolutely incredible, the best it has ever looked by a long way and really did bring out my best facial features. I was a little worried that once I went home, I would not be able to make my hair look as great on my own form day to day. However, Valentino had cut my hair in such a way that it still looks fabulous when I style it myself. Amazing.I cannot recommend Valentino and his team enough. Valentino salon is my favourite hair salon in London, whether it's for a blow dry, up-do or a cut and colour the team of stylists are always professional and consultative. I can also 100% recommend the services of the beauticians as I have had a facial and waxing treatments there on more than one occasion.
