These people show great respect to families who have lost love ones and there customer service is second to none. They couldn’t do enough for my family when we lost my sister suddenly and did every last detail to what we wanted right down to her arsenal madness coffin. I could never thank them enough x

Words can not describe the excellent service we received from Valentine and Turner. We felt they honoured our mother beautifully. Every detail handled with tenderness and quality. I cannot recommend them enough. My only disappointment was the work of the photograph company recommended who we used. I could not recommend this family run funeral directors enough, the care they all showed for my dad was second to none. The care they showed for me and my mum was amazing and it really felt like we was talking/dealing with friends. I personally felt happy and comfortable that they was looking after my dad and knew it was done with so much dignity. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Valentine & Turner when my step dad passed away. Everyone was so kind, caring and supportive, and they made a difficult process much easier for the whole family. On the day of the funeral, Gary and his team were simply wonderful. In dreadful conditions (snow!), they ensured that the celebration went ahead without any problems. Their celebrant, Michelle, gave a beautiful service and we've had so many positive comments about the day. Can't recommend them highly enough.
