Q&As

We are Martial Arts based, therefore utilise fitness programmes to enable people to gain confidence, lose weight, improve stamina and improve fitness gradually. Kata's used in Karate are a great way to build strength, posture and stamina and provide an all round aerobic workout and therefore complementing this with general exercise and circuits gives the complete body workout.

Hard work and perseverance, plus sensible diet. It is important to build up gradually not going on crash diets but getting to know what your body is capable of and set goals for steady progress.

Meeting new people, inspiring youngsters to become rounded adults and fitter and healthier.

I always wanted to have my own business so started as soon as I was old enough to get the insurance at 18 years of age. I have been coaching 6 years before I reached 18 and started my Martial Arts career at 6 years of age.

I am approachable, friendly and have lots of experience, despite my age. I regularly do seminars for other clubs around the country as well as internationally recognised and hold training sessions for Hyper Martial Arts, a USA based Extreme Martial Arts organisation. I am active on the competition circuit competing at world class competitions so can pass on the experiences I have gained to new students.
