Joined right at the start and have felt nothing but a valued customer. Staff are really helpful, you do not feel intimidated as everyone is very friendly. Even on the street (Christchurch has not seen so much lycra) you all know where everyone is going and people say hello or discuss classes with you. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. The best thing I've ever done - was the day I walked through the door of Urban Health. As an older lady I'm not made to feel out of place. I'm encouraged to improve myself physically and medically. Manny has been a real star. He has helped me manage my chronic back pain by introducing me to Pilates and tayloring a fitness program to fit my needs. I just love Urban Health & Fitness - facilities superb, it's friendly and personal - the experienced team always use your name and make you feel very welcome.
Great range of classes and just loving my yoga and Pilates. The members are friendly too - such a huge difference to the gyms I have previously been a member of which excelled at making me feel invisible and lonely. Being over 50 (now feeling 10 years younger) I would encourage anyone to join. There is a lovely mix of ages and abilities and feels like a family. Well done Manoj for your incredible creation - even after more than 9 months as a member you have never let me down and I feel privileged and lucky to be a member. Still life changing - thank you x

Incredible and fulfilling experience with Urban, in such a warm and welcoming environment.
Extreme care, and professionalism is shown by every team member.
And the happiness and kindness floods the gym throughout. With a wide range of ages and abilities Urban has such a family feel which is extremely encouraging.
No matter what time or day, there’s always someone to welcome you with a big grin. I would highly recommend coming to Urban health and fitness, the classes are ran with passion, and creativity. And the chiropractor treatment I have received has been life changing, and so informative.
With individual care plans for everyone, Urban Gym is the place to be.
