This includes Handbook Development and updating assistance, New Hire Admin and onboarding, On-site/Online HR training, standard forms assistance and creation, Job description development, employee status change, background checks, processing of State unemployment claims and hearing prep and attendance, consultation on employee related matters (Disciplinary actions, terminations etcetera) each HR representative @ UniqueHR is well versed in multi jurisdictions, each representative is credentialed as a PHR or SPHR.
Payroll
UniqueHR provides the flexibility of web-enabled payroll administration. We offer Preparation of payroll, payroll registers, and billing reports. UniqueHR offers secure web-based time reporting and invoice retrieval, On-line access to earning reports, wage statements and W2's. Additionally UniqueHR will process wage garnishments and wage assignments. UniqueHR will prepare Job Cost and certified payrolls at no additional cost to our clients. UniqueHR will issue W2 at the end of the year to all employees.
Workers Compensation and Claims Management
