I just had my very first appointment at Umberto Giannini. And I’m very very pleased with the result. I had my hair cut by Mark. And I can’t recommend him enough. He is very patient and caring and he would give you lots of suggestions as what styles would suit u better. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I've been a client at this salon for quite some time now and have been using Umberto Giannini salons and hair products for a very long time. I highly recommend this salon - it's spacious and very well maintained. I always have my hair looked after by Nafisa - she knows long, curly hair and knows exactly what products will suit! Can’t thank Ryan enough for his expertise in saving my hair!! After using other salons across the city for 5 years, who all played there part in destroying my hair, I’m pleased that I finally have healthy hair that’s growing! So happy I met Mark and his team! Mark is a perfectionist in every aspect of his job, he listens to you, he knows exactly what style suits you and he will create the most beautiful cut and colour that will suit your skin tone and face shape ! He is creative and is not afraid to suggest more radical changes. The best hairdressers in The Midlands! I have been going to UG for over 10 years, tried other salons when I moved away from Birmingham but they weren't anywhere close to the quality of here so I now do a 50 mile round trip to have my hair cut and coloured - and it is soooo worth it! I loveeeee this place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone here is so friendly and the setting is so cozy. It isn’t free to park on the street and it can sometimes be difficult finding a spot but it’s worth the parking fee!

Another satisfied customer who has followed this salon across its three Birmingham locations. I'd never really had a good haircut before Mark as no-one ever knew how to deal with my type of hair. I'll never use anywhere else even though as king of the salon he now costs a fortune! Only downside to this location is the parking or the lack of. I've been coming here for over ten years, that's how good it is. The staff are friendly and look after you, making you feel really welcome. I've never let anyone else cut my hair but Mark as he always knows what I want and always does an amazing job. I won't go anywhere else to cut my hair and what I love about it is the fact that they always do a good job without fail. Her blowdrys is amazing she always makes it full and big she is very honest on what will suit me and what won't . ... I used to have The same hairdresser for eight years , I only went to Laura one day as my old hair dresser was on holiday,
