There is meal planning and I have never seen results so quickly and I'm forty five years old and I have spent my life in the gym all during high school til now. I 've always been fit but this an amazing transformation. I brought in Photos of Olympic athletes, and as long as I keep putting in the work and the meals. My friends DOUBT that I need to keep going because of how great I consistently look. I've always been thin by doing weights and running and now I have abs and muscles that flex on their own, Tony the Ab General has been my trainer for the last year and I thank God for him everyday. I'm lean strong, and when I do run 5 miles and bike 30 miles, in the morning before starting my work day I than God again for educating my trainer Tony. It's almost too easy, do to my training, and people of all ages are amazed my muscle definition. And more so that I will follow Tony across the globe. I drive almost an hour, to train with him. I'm impressed by his dedication, to his body, his life, his wife, his new family training with him. But most of all his undying dedication to me and my plan for my body. More...
