Always excellent sessions with a lot of thought given. I do boxercise and Boot camp with Paul and throughly enjoy (maybe not the right word) both sessions.. very tough though.

Paul is a brilliant motifying instructor who makes excercise so much fun - he has a great connection with his clients. <br />i always look forward to working with paul - he puts a smile on everyones face and works off inches elsewhere.

Great trainer, knows when to push you harder and when your really dying :)<br />Really knowledgable taking into account any injuries or niggles you might have and adapting the exercises as appropriate. Sessions are never the same twice which is great if like me you get bored doing the same exercises. More...
