After loosing motivation for my regular gym I was looking for something new and a friend recommended Two Birds Fitness to me. Once I had attended a taster session I was hooked! I have been a member for a few months, and still look forward to every session. The trainers are so enthusiastic and know exactly how to get a good sweat on. The range of classes, and routines in each class make every workout different! The group classes are always filled with smiley friendly folk, that couldn't be more welcoming. I’m now in my 3rd week of training at Two Birds and I couldn’t love it anymore! Danny is the most welcoming & friendly human being and makes you feel so comfortable when you are in the gym. In my first 2 weeks I lost 1/2 stone and gained so much energy and got my motivation for everyday life back. The people in my life have already noticed a huge change in me. I’m worked hard in the gym and even using the program that was made up and personalised for me to help me reach my goals every week I’m pushed in the gym and but it’s still fun, can’t recommend this guy enough 10/10

Two birds fitness is a modern, friendly and very knowledgeable fitness company. The head PT Danny is a friendly, chatty and happy go lucky guy that is more than willing to help. Unlike a lot for personal trainers these days he's actually approachable and will go out his way for you. I've been training in the same gym he PTs and takes his classes at. Had the 1st session this evening, I was a tad apprehensive as it’s been a while since I participated in a group exercise session. After walking through the doors I knew I’d be fine, Danny the owner/Coach was warm and welcoming as too were the others at the session. Certainly put me at ease. After the initial few minutes I honestly didn’t think I would see the end of the class but kept at it with encouragement from Danny. I definitely gave more than I would training by myself.... I have been training with Danny for nearly three months as I wanted to be stronger and fitter to help me with my running. I also want to tone up and drop 2 dress sizes - this is a work in progress . Danny is creative when it comes to executing my training plan, he listens to what I want to change and achieve and he uses this to motivate me to work towards my goals.
