About

Tunji Adebayo & Co’s team have been involved with the commercial property market for over 20 years. We began by acquiring industrial warehouses for various organisations that were facing an extreme shortage of space.

Since then we have broadened our scope to include all areas of the D1 market whether it be Nurseries, Health Services, Education or Exhibition Halls. Once again, we believe this is an underserviced part of the market who seem to find it extremely difficult to find spaces to set up business. It is our belief that these businesses perform crucial services for the rest of society and so we have taken it upon ourselves to make it easier for them to bloom.

As a consequence of the shortage of available D1 space Tunji Adebayo & Co established a planning department, this department has worked tirelessly with both central government and the Mayor of London for policy changes to ensure D1 stock is not depleted further in lieu of residential developments. Our team have also been very successful in securing Change of Use planning permissions for our clients who want to use other buildings for D1 purposes. In addition to securing D1 Planning permission over the years they have become very experienced in securing all types of planning permission.

We have very quickly become an authority in the D1 property niche and have been interviewed on multiple occasions.
