What do you love most about your job?
I understand that each persons experience is unique - I therefore don't believe that there is one set path for someone to take, but it is about exploring different possibilities and seeing what works best for you. I want to explore together - to help lessen your burden and work according to your individual need.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked within the charitable world helping people to help themselves - but completed a 4 year post doctorate training in TA psychotherapy in 2018. During my training I worked offering therapy at a school and for Cruse the bereavement charity and have now been in private practice for over a year.
Why should our clients choose you?
I can provide therapeutic services for adults, young people and couples experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief, relationship issues and emotional difficulties. I offer clients a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to work on a short or long term basis.
