Love the one to one approach in the outdoors that TLG provides. When it comes to motivating myself I find that hard as I get older, Wesley likes to push me and get the best out of me even when I’m not in the frame of mind. In the challenging social climate the sessions have been a godsend, taking me outdoors to work my butt off and take my mind off things! I had a great time training with the instructor Wesley. He is knowledge, friendly and very good at motivating you!
My body fat went from around 30% to 18% in 12 weeks!
Wesley taught me about nutrition and all round body maintenance. He was also very flexible when it came to appointments.

I've been training for around 6 weeks now and I'm definitely feeling a difference in myself. The free consultation was very useful and so was the nutritional advice. Every session has been fun but challenging (in a good way!) and the routine changes regularly so it's not boring. Wesley is a great personal trainer, he's professional, down to earth and knows his stuff. He is also flexible with times, which is handy when you need it. Every client is different, some may have a very specific training goal, and some may just want to lose a bit of weight and feel more energetic. We enjoy working with both types of people and everyone in-between because we love seeing everyone achieve their aims and feel great about themselves. So, we ask our clients to tell us exactly what their goal is, put a number on it and let us show them exactly how we are going to get them there and roughly how long it will take. We do everything scientifically - including a FREE 22 point assessment that covers everything.

Nutrition is key ! Right from the beginning we teach solid, evidence based nutrition. We set up a personalised and truly bespoke programme for each client based on their existing habits and routines. NO FADS and NO GIMMICKS HERE!

We can show you this week by week, month by month, because we will be monitoring heart rate, blood pressure and v02 max throughout.
