What we thought straightforward purchase (now naïve I am?) became quite complicated very quickly. It is the first home my partner and I have bought together and emotions were high. I am literally 4 days off of completing on my new home back down on the South Coast. Kate was absolutely brilliant at asking all the right questions about exactly what my needs were, as well as pointing out a few things I hadn't considered.
There were a couple of challenges which were overcome very easily and Kate helped me secure a fantastic deal that fitted me perfectly.
More importantly after securing the mortgage she has been available on the phone for any further queries (which I have had several)
I wouldn't hesitate to use Kate again and have already introduced my partner who will be buying soon too.

Kate is AMAZING!
As first-time buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about the mountain we had to scale in order to buy our first home.

Well, what can i say? I was in a tricky situation with being on my own, 2 kids and also deposit coming from abroad just to name only a few hurdles.
.. but kate made the impossible looking process possible!!�
I had a time limit due landlord selling and i thought it would be impossible but got my house with a day to spare.�
I can't say it was an easy "ride" but Kate stayed focused and DID her best and got me a mortgage at the end. Cant fault it. Kate kept saying "don't worry it will be alright" but with the lender being a pain in the neck i started to doubt it but "DAMM!!!!", i got proved wrong!!!
