Really poor service - Quote did not match actual price and they didn't supply the correct quantity of funeral stationary to a deadline. The manager became augmentative when I complained. Woeful experience at a difficult time for us.

We have used these guys a lot over the years, they are so helpful and friendly they are a pleasure to work with. They have great turn around times and offer good value for money.

One of the best local family run printers in Cardiff, excellent service and turnaround on orders.

Touch have done several pieces of work for me recently. I have had a new pull-up banner, which was both designed and printed by them and postcards for a business show. The quality of the postcards is excellent, and the colour perfect. I'm a photographer and need my images to be represented in the best way. I will certainly be using Touch again, and have recommended them to several of my friends.

Took a job to Touch of 100 catalogues which represented the work I was displaying in my degree show. I paid £100 up front, and collected the booklets 5 days later, 2 hours before show opening. All the beautiful images I had taken and most of the pages had turned blurry, making me extremely upset as my own printer could have done a better job. Went and complained half an hour before show opening to two understanding gentlemen who hadn't reviewed the job, to be told that it looked like my files hadn't even been proofed and just sent to print without checking quality. I had not been contacted to say the files were less than adequate quality, and assumed that soft proofing is a large part of a printers job. I was offered a £30 refund and gladly took it. All in all, £70 out of pocket and left with a box of blurry catalogues I can't give out because even my tutor deemed them too embarrassing. Not happy!

We've not had the best experience with this company. Some of the staff are polite and courteous. However, there are a few - older in particular who come across extremely rude and unprofessional. We had work done a few months ago which was a simple job but ended up being a big issue. Passed around from staff member to staff member, having to re explain yourself constantly - its just not acceptable. Most recently we have requested a simple print of vinyl and so far have received 1 email explaining there is a minimum of a 10 day wait. Not a problem. Email back 14 days later... No reply! 21 days tater... No reply! Based on our experience, this company needs a crash course in customer service and they need to take a serious look at how they run their business within. Its unfortunate to write this review but there's only so many times you take constant poor service.

Definitely great guys, all my work has turned out fantastic. I will say that you may have to nudge them occasionally to get it done quickly but it is worth it for the quality of the work!
