How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If it’s attached to the house ,and big enough to make a full sized room
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Making sure it’s under permitted development ,or if planning is needed
Then getting some quotes in,once you have coasting select your builder making sure all the cost are covered
And time scales along with payment stages
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Floor area ,height and room for stairs
Also the type of roof construction will make a difference, and the area in which you live And if you property is listed

Design for which is both practical and cost effective, planning stage , once the project starts, it will be Steele beams ,Timber work
Including roof work , then floor and stairs
Flowers by stud work , elictricts ans plumbing, then plaster work and finally decorate
