COWBOYS - DO NOT USE
I put my car up for sale on autotrader, they called to say my car was up for a reasonable price and that they would like to buy.
I asked them to email me, which they didn’t. Steve asked 15 mins of questions, asked for my address, then offered to pick up my car the next day (Thursday), I said yes.
The next day, I called them back as I hadn’t heard from them. Steve was on annual leave so I spoke to a colleague. He agreed to collect my car the following day (Friday)
At this point, I put 4 viewings on hold as top deals 4 wheels asked me to take my advert off.
He then called back up asking further questions. He then called a 2nd time saying they had got it wrong and valued the car nearly £1,000 less. Their reason was that it had more owners than they thought (3 previous owners, 2015 car) and that the millage was higher than average (42,000, 6 year old car, only 7,000 miles a year) Despite all this being on the ad!

Offered less than I had advertised for but pleasant guy offered me a figure and I accepted. The car is 2015 so has some minor scratches but nothing of note. Car is in great condition. I knew in the back of my mind on arrival the guys would again try and reduce the fee. Pleasant guys again but I am confident that this company were always going to offer me less than quoted. I have frequently been disgusted by the pathetic offers for my cars on webuyanycar and the supposed better alternative Evans Halshaw. They work on lazy margins. I was therefore pleasantly surprised by the fair and realistic offer from atop deals. Henry was a pleasure to deal with and left me with a very good impression of the way this company does business. Appointment was made to purchase the car. No one arrived and my calls were not answered! Called from another phone and that was answered, obviously they did not want to communicate.

This car buying service were amazing at the beginning of the process responded to all of my E-mails within minutes sometimes even seconds and offered me a fair price. Unfortunately I decided to not go ahead with the sale in the end and there were a few issues around the return of my deposit so make sure you check all the terms and conditions thoroughly but Craig got this sorted for me quickly through a few Facebook messages so overall we have resolved this issue now.
