Spent nearly £9000.00 on a new bathroom with them. One of the components they installed leaked - by there own admission their fault. 3 months later I am still trying to get them to come around to fix the damage caused by the leak. after all this time, best suggestion was that I could get it fixed my self (after they have approved 2 quotes from 2 builders) and then they might pay! Sorry, this isn't really acceptable. I should add this is a bathroom for my mother, who is a pensioner and disabled.
