I wouldn’t touch this company from previous experience. I had a flooded house due to recommended cleaner who unscrewed my shower with her ‘thorough’ cleaning and didn’t reconnect the pipe. Why unscrew the shower plug anyway???? We have never had a cleaner before and this experience has cost us thousands of pounds. The manager who recommended the cleaner at ‘Time for You’ offered no assistance or compensation. Total shambles. It certainly didn’t make ‘time for us!’ A company to avoid at ALL costs.!!! Absolutely horrible! Been with them for just over 1 year and lost count of how many times they messed up! Cleaners with attitude; cleaner that dont clean anything; cleaners that on the day message saying they are not coming; and the managers of the company....completely unprofessional and bullies! my wife with a 2 months old baby in her hands had to listen to the manager bully her and threat to cancel our membership, simply because she was complaining that we pay agency fees every month and the agency was doing nothing to find a replacement! I consulted the company through a website called Bark. The manager reached out to me directly before I could contact the company by e-mail and followed up with a phone call. I had a home visit & signed the contracts on the 29/6/21, advised that he would be in touch on the 6/7/21 retainer was deducted from my bank account. I contacted the manager and he stated that he will send someone on the 16//7/21. No one called or turned out. Need I say more ? What exactly did I pay for. It's a long story, I will try to make it shorter))) so I have asked Chelsea to come and see the house to give me how many hours a cleaner needs. ..she came and pushed to have a contract of 13 weeks, otherwise the cleaner couldn't start...I said ok...she gave 2.5 hours for my house, sent a cleaner that was half an hour on the phone, and cleaning 3.5 hours not up to standards...I had to clean another hour after her))) I called Chelsea, she said it's fine, she will send me another cleaner as the girl was unhappy I have asked her to clean my oven...lol)))) sking her to do her job O am paying for so today she just finished the contract even though I was expecting for a cleaner to come tomorrow...very unprofessional to do this with your clients..anyway...she was pushing me of finishing the contract on the first instance I said I am not happy and I need another cleaner...even though in the terms and conditions is mentioned they will have to provide with another cleaner instead...unbelievable how is she managing the bussiness with this rude attitude...on another note...they are not giving any training to the girls and has no idea how the girls are doing her job...what was funny is that Chelsea was convincing me all the clients are super happy...very bad I didn't read the reviews first...4.4 is a joke...all of them are negative...a few positive from their relatives, I beleive😁😁😁😁They replied of no fee received from me...what are you talking about))))?
