Gavin was very nice to deal with and was helpful when you could get hold of him, but numerous no-shows for arranged appointments, a system that was half installed, no back-up support for software that had crashed and a job half-finished not fit for use. We can provide both hardwired and wireless home security systems for complete peace of mind. We also offer a range of pet friendly alarm systems so you can protect your property whilst allowing your pets to wander as usual. We can also provide systems with auto dialler options via a landline or GSM mobile network alerting you or an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) should your system go into alert.
Our engineers will advise whether a wired or wireless solution is appropriate for you. You may worry that having a burglar alarm installed will cause disruption to your home. Our installation team are trained to conceal all wires when installing the system, making the install as invisible as possible! Servicing
Maintenance Plans
A maintenance contract is a prudent way of protecting your investment in your system – ensuring your equipment is kept in good working order so it won’t let you down when you need it. We not only offer maintenance plans for systems we install, but can offer a similar service for those installed by other companies.
* Peace of mind and priority service - We ensure that your alarm stays fully operational and attend to any problems without delay.
* Regular servicing - As you would expect, we carry out regular and full inspections. Audible only alarms are carried out once a year, whilst signalled alarms and more complex systems are serviced twice a year.
* Continued police response - It is important to note that if your signalled alarm is not maintained, you run the risk of losing police response.
* Lower insurance - Is maintenance a condition of your insurance policy? Many insurers offer a discount if a property is protected by a regularly maintained intruder alarm.
System Support
Have you just moved into a house with an alarm and no code? Or a CCTV System you can't operate? Don’t panic, our engineers are trained on a wide range of panels and equipment which means it is likely that we will be able to get the system up and running without replacing it!*
