Balpreet kaur is a very professional and talented photographer that did an excellent job on our wedding day. My husband and I met her in person only once before the wedding but that was enough for him to understand our needs and provide us with the most appropriate service. Beyond being an expert and professional photographer Balpreet is a very discreet person. On that day my husband and I almost forgot about him and never felt under his shooting. Her team captured so many unexpected moments! The photos they took were not staged but instead they immortalized moments of real emotions, hugs and kisses. Avtar Singh Malhotra was a wonderful addition to our perfect wedding. I am still amazed that he was willing to provide such an extraordinary package at such a reasonable and more than competitive rate.

He not only photographed our small temple wedding and reception; he came with us to California for an entire week, where he took non-stop pictures - including at the beach, underwater and trash the dress pictures. After it was all done, we were provided with over 5000 pictures.

He was extremely professional and dedicated to capturing every moment while we were away. He took the time to get to know our family and friends as well as respect our wishes and incorporate our vision. I cannot believe the value he provides given he can actually take good pictures.

I have since referred team Thousand Words Photography as the only photographer to hire for a destination wedding based on his value, quality of service, and professionalism. More...

We chose thousand Words Photography to photograph our wedding after meeting with Avtar singh malhotra and seeing how exceptional his images were. He did an extraordinary job! When my wife saw the photos he took she almost cried she was so moved. Avtar is friendly, easy to work with and very skilled in his art/profession. He is a perfectionist without being pushy or making you uncomfortable. Avtar also takes extraordinary nighttime photographs that look like they could grace the cover of a magazine or coffee table book. When I started looking for a wedding photographer it was very overwhelming-where do you start? I found Thousand Words Photography online and sent them an email to find out prices and they were the first of three photographers to respond to me. Avtar Singh Malhotra was prompt and after our engagement session he sat down with us for a coffee to get to know us and what our wants were. That was when I knew he was going to fit perfect into our vision. Avtar Singh Malhotra was such a pleasure to work with. He was always early to scope out the scene for the best photos, he made jokes to make us feel more comfortable in an awkward situation (someone in your face taking pictures but telling you to look natural), but mostly he listened and followed through with all of my requests for pictures, regardless of how ridiculous they may have seemed and they always turned out perfect! I cannot say in words how much team's hard work means to us, and we will treasure the photos they took forever. I have recommended them to all of my family and friends. Avtar Singh is a truly talented wedding photographer! We are over the moon with our wedding photos! We met Thousand Words team before our big day and went through the type of photos I like (relaxed, natural, vintage looking) and they new exactly what we wanted – we even thought of the same ideas. They made us feel so relaxed on the day and captured exactly how we were feeling and the atmosphere in the photographs. We are so happy with the results.
