The FoodLab did a BBQ for 60 people for my daughters 19th Birthday. The food was fabulous for adults and older teenagers, lots of it and very very tasty. We had slow roast lamb, smoked duck, beef ribs, herby salads and there was so much food. Pete came and prepared everything in good time which calmed any pre-party nerves. He also made cocktails which were excellent and was a great part of a wonderful party. Highly highly recommend !. More...

Had the most wonderful evening with Peter in his stylish Food Lab in Didsbury. The class was incredibly entertaining, providing delicious food, unbelievable cocktails, cooking tips galore, and wonderful company.
