Absolutely loved my Indian Head Massage with Nez. I was instantly relaxed in her presence. She assisted me in feeling comfortable throughout the appointment. Nez was confident in her technique and approach. I had been suffering with a head cold and the massage helped to relieve the pressure in my sinuses. Nez saved my life!!! She's great at what she does , really motivates you and doesn't give up on you!! There are other trainers out there but Nez is honest and very professional, she is also a good friend of mine now She also made me a clean eating plan and catered each workout to my needs. WHAT A RELIEF!Thank you to my daughter for introducing Nayereh to me.I had been suffering back pain for many months following an horrendous fall and just could not get any relief from it. It was constant, nagging pain and I was beginning to despair when my daughter suggested that I asked Nayereh to see what she could do.After the first session of Reiki and massage I felt a marked improvement from the pain and aboost I my mood generally. Since then I have had several sessions and I am so much better. I can see the light at the end of a tunnel which seemed endless.Nayereh visits my home and is totally professional, her equipment and products are first class and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I needed a coach to help with a challenge. Someone who knows how to train hard but understand me and my capabilities. Nayereh, took time to learn about my motivators and concerns. She created a detailed training plan and shared her amazing knowledge of fitness and of open water swimming. Throughout, she encouraged and challenged me in equal portions. The result; I ran my first 10k, cycled 52 miles and swam my first open water mile. Without her I couldn't have done this.
