With over 30 years experience and some 12 or so house moves, I realise that people’s changing lifestyle mean that their homes often need to adapt, change and enlarge

TECHNICAL DRAWINGS FOR BUILDING REGULATIONS
Following planning consent- if it was required, we progress the drawing set in order that it can become building regulation compliant and in order to inform the construction teams.
Typically will include foundation plan, floor plans, floor joist layouts, roof joist layouts, typical sections and a full written construction specification.
We prepare and submit the Building Regulation application acting as your agent throughout the process handing over to the construction team when formal approval is obtained.
