I visit the wonderful Tara at the Therapy room every month, and while all my treatments are individually suited to me and I adore them, I'm always excited to benefit from Tara's new learning. The Four Elements did not disappoint. Four very different styles of massage come together to take you on a journey. Earth, water, fire and air bring their own characters and I definitely noticed! I have been attending The Therapy Room for almost 2 years now. Tara is a very experienced, caring and amazing massage therapist who specialises in No hands massage which I was introduced to when I first attended her clinic. I can honestly say that Tara and her no hands massages have helped me immensely, particularly over the last year since I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I struggled immensely with my mental health and without a shadow of a doubt having her insight, talent and support in my toolbox of coping strategies has helped me get through some very tough times. I have come out the other end and she is still here pushing me on and I feel very lucky to have a therapist on my side who can provide me with a safe space to be as emotional as I need to be for my own sanity and give me some much needed support when I really needed it.Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Had my first massage with Tara last night, it was so relaxing and warmth. Tara listens to everything you say, takes it in and ensures you get the best massage linking to what you have stated. Once the massage was done, I did not feel rushed to get up and leave but to actually take time and enjoy the moment. Once I got up I felt refreshed and awake. My body felt revived and ready to go! I've had quite a few treatments from Tara now and have loved every one of them. Tara makes you feel so good about yourself, before she even starts the treatment! I have MS and I have various muscular issues and each time I may have different needs, Tara takes care of everything and I feel so pampered, I float all the way home and can really feel the benefits for days to come.
