A customer came to me with a failing hard drive which could no longer be read in their computer, and no backups of the important data! Sterling collected the drive next morning, retrieved all the data by close of next working day, and sent it back on a USB hard drive the day after. Whilst mid flow of photographing a wedding, a CF card error was displayed on my camera and was rendered unusable. Having taken over 200 photos on the card I was somewhat concerned. On returning home, to my horror I discovered the card could not be read by my computer and was unable to extract the images. I was recommended The Sterling Data Group and so contacted them straight away. From the first point of contact the service was faultless. The CF card was handed over and within the hour I was informed that 100% of the data could be retrieved. As you can imagine this was a huge relief as I had potentially lost images that could never be re captured, not to mention my companies reputation and credibility. Document Scanning Service
Sterling is one of the longest established nationwide providers of Document Scanning Services in the UK. Operating from our secure facilities since 1975, we have the knowledge and expertise to assist you with document scanning / management projects of any size or scope.
We employ the latest scanning technology enabling us to scan, index, process, deliver and host millions of documents and images per month. Working with customers the length and breadth of the UK, we will collect your documents for scanning and offer a boxing up service where required.
After scanning we can help by returning your original documents, securely destroying them or storing them for you in our secure archive facilities.
