Had the Festive Afternoon Tea here with a large group (8, including a toddler). The team were extremely accomodating (high chair for the toddler, also made amendments to the booking on the day). Service was excellent - attentive yet unobtrusive, with a bit of good humour from one of the younger male waiters whose name I unfortunately didn't manage to catch. Tea was £29pp - a more affordable alternative to the classic London options that are more than double the price but not twice as good as here! Beautiful bar. Fantastic place to meet friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Great staff. Drinks are pricey with large amounts of ice, but you're really there for the ambiance.

They do such a good Sunday roast deal - 3 courses for £30! One of the best roasts I’ve ever had, the service was excellent and the interiors really interesting. Loved our cocktails too.

Dined on a Friday evening at Soho Hotel. Nice service although a little on the pushy side, trying to clear plates 10x while food was still on there etc. .. Ordered the tuna steak, side servings were way too small even for a petite thin person like myself. Had a tart tatin for desert to fill up as I was hungry still. We ate here "pre-theatre" and the restaurant is next door to the theatre! We arrived early at 5pm and we had a fantastic meal. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly - couldn't fault it. We had the 3 courses for £25 menu. The food was delicious- fresh warm artisan bread - sweet potatoe soup with pesto - pollock cooked to perfection. My husband had belly of pork and it was mostly fat - not much meat on it, the puddings were ice creams (strawberry was sublime) sorbet or a choice of cakes. I had the raspberry tart. Adam our waiter was quite joyful and attentive and Alessandro from the bar explained all about the Gin cocktails which where coming together with the afternoon tea package , he made the cocktails in front of after he heard our likes and preferences .
