We used The Small Move Company for our house move this week and they were faultless. We first had Craig out to our house to provide us with a quote and advise us how many vans etc we would require he was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable especially as it's the first time we have used a removal company for a house move. Even telling us how it would work on the day etc. After Craig's visit we then dealt with Emma in the office who I have to say has been amazing, I've always managed to speak to Emma whenever I called with an update. On the day we were moved by Craig and Rich, who I have to say did an amazing job of our move. They were both very friendly and hard working, and even when we were delayed with picking up our keys for our onward purchase they kept reassuring us that this wasn't a problem and that they would get us moved in by the time our young son was home. I really can't thank everyone at The Small Move Company enough and will definitely use you for any future moves and will be recommending you!
