Here at The Retail Fixers, Michele brings a wealth of actual, hands on, have been there, done that, and got the T-Shirt experience! There are many great agencies that specialise in particular fields but few are broad enough to deal with the complex needs of a Small to Medium Sized Enterprise (SME).

Unlike standard agencies we still own and run our businesses, which means our advice is not just “best practice” it’s put into practice, on a daily basis, backed by our own money. We understand that cash flow can be a killer, production and shipping can be a headache, with bricks and mortar comes large overheads and staff can be both a blessing and a significant cost. Unlike a service business, a retail business requires you to wear many hats and spin many plates, so we will tailor our advice to your needs, whilst considering the broader picture.

As well as founding The Retail Fixers Michele runs a very successful multi-channel lingerie business Mish, which utilises a number of platforms, including marketplaces their own dedicated website and has a high street presence. The business and Michele have not only won a string of awards but Michele has sat as a Judge at both the UK Lingerie Awards 2016, for Drapers 2017 and 2021, one of the biggest names in the UK fashion industry. In addition, Michele was also named in the Lingerie Retail Power List 2017. Michele regularly speaks at events, acts as an advisor, mentors start up businesses and runs workshops. She won many awards including the Drapers Best Independent Lingerie Retailer Winner 2018, 2019, and Drapers Best Customer Experience 2021.
