Hi All I have a Defender 90 it broke down the other night, RAC said could be you turbo, breakdown truck driver said he thinks is is the turbo. They past this info on the to Power House, when dropping Defender off.If The Power house had been one of those garages we all fear, they could have told me "yes indeed it is your turbo, and made a lot of extra cash out of me, nothing could be further from what did happen, they are very honest on told me it was just a hole in a rubber pipe, so for that reason I am putting this revue on here. These guys deserve more than 5*. I am a motor trader from Manchester and a car we sold to a chap, lived near to this garage. I simply Googled Ford specialists near my customers address and the Powerhouse Auto was first in the rankings. I initially spoke with Rodger who quickly understood the situation and took great control of booking my customer in for diagnostics. Following this Dave reported to me the issues and gave an honest and straight opinion of what was best to do to save everyone time and hassle. A couple of issues occurred but it was all part of the process of fixing the issues but it didn't once drop in quality or efficiency. Dave kept me in the loop right the way through, and even assured my customer. Sue on the phone was also VERY helpful. I really can not find any words to describe how honest, efficient, professional and genuine this garage are ..... i would recommend people in the area to use this garage but i would also recommend people far and wide to travel to use this garage if you have an issue with a Ford vehicle. The fact that i was able to put my trust in to this garage (being so far away) says it all .... and the issues were resolved. Really Satisfied.!!!I have used the Powerhouse Auto services for many years, not just for my Ford Focus but for numerous other vehicles. You will find the whole team extremely professional, I have always received an excellent service starting with the very warm welcome you will receive from Sue and David at you initial inquiry.You will be regularly advised when your next service and Mot test is due and nothing is ever too much trouble. David was extremely helpful when I put the wrong fuel in my car and within a short time was at my home to help sort this out and even provided me with a courtesy car. This is the second time I've used Powerhoise Auto. The service I received was Warm, professional and of high quality. My battery died the day before, so when I called the guys at auto on Friday morning they came out and jumpstarted my car to the garage free of charge. They perform a full service and MOT with a battery replacement at a very reasonable price and in just 4 hours. The service on collection was personal and everything was explained to me in a way I understood prior to payment. Excellent service. Phoned at 9am to book my MOT; car was in at 10:30; call an hour later to say it had passed but my front tyres were on the verge of failing.
