What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a keen interest in aquatics since childhood and have been lucky enough to make a career out of something I am passionate about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To build a business myself with something I love doing and being able to give that enjoyment of water in the garden to my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I established The Pond Specialist in 2008, I have specialised in the design, build and maintenance of ponds since the 1990s.
We have built our business on a quality level of service, exceptional knowledge and reliability but also a passion for ponds, which is why we are always willing to put all the more effort into everything we do. It's our aim to satisfy and exceed the expectations of our customers, most of whom have used us again and again.
At The Pond Specialist, we have developed great relationships with our customers, who are not afraid to approach us for advice, even if it's just a quick phone call or email. In fact, we pride ourselves, not only on the quality of ponds we build, but the level of aftercare we offer.
Pond maintenance is an important part of what we do, enabling our customers to enjoy their pond or water feature at its very best for years and years to come, we offer maintenance packages and one off visits to accommodate the needs of our clients.
Pond Design
I have nearly 20 years experience in aquatics and we can make a dream of the perfect pond or water garden become reality. We use only the best pond equipment on the market which have been tried and tested over many years.
Pond Maintenance
We offer a range of pond maintenance, from monthly, quarterly or bi-annual maintenance packages to a maintenance as required. Pond maintenance differs for each client and each season, we can discuss your individual requirements to provide an excellent service so you can enjoy your pond or water garden
Pond repair
We provide a call out facility for emergencies.
