Its a brilliant place to go - excellent instruction from Cathy, who is a very friendly and experienced instructor she promotes a warm, friendly environment. I am a physiotherapist and have suffered with my back for many years. After a really bad episode a few years ago I started Pilates with Cathy. Since then I have not had any serious episodes of back pain. Yes, I have aches and pains but Pilates has helped me maintain my strength and flexibility to keep me well. Cathy's expertise means she knows how to adapt each exercise to avoid injury and strain. Likewise Laura is following in Cathy's footsteps. Plus the classes are good fun despite the hard work! Excellent classes and instructors in Cathryn and Laura, started Pilates because of poor posture and lower back pain and now much improved on both accounts and I keep going to maintain core strength and improve on my flexibility. Would highly recommend to anyone��

Excellent sessions. Patient guidance from both Cathryn and Laura. I started Pilates classes to help with pain in my hips, which caused lots of sleepless nights. Since attending regular sessions my core strength has improved and so has the pain in my hips. I now sleep without being woken up with pain. Fantastic instructor. I would highly recommended Pilates with Cathryn. I suffered with separated stomach muscles after my first child. Pilates really helped me strengthen my core muscles. Also during my second pregnancy I was on crutches due to spd and pelvic girdle pain. Again Cathryn helped me when my doctor couldn't.
