Had a great stay. We were there for a week and the rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. Really well positioned in London. Close to two tube stations Gloucester road and Earls Court. We stayed here for my Wife's 60th Birthday and were very impressed. The suite was excellent, the service was spot on and the only downside, if it was one, was the Restaurant which, whilst the food was good, we had to ourselves for nearly an hour. For London and Kensington in particular that surprised us. But as for the hotel itself we would definitely recommend it and it is only 15 minutes stroll to the Royal Albert Hall.. More...

I stayed at Park City Grand Plaza recently for around 10 days. The staff were extremely friendly. I enjoyed breakfast most days in the restaurant staff were always so helpful and cheery. The rooms were very comfortable and the position of the hotel was very central. It was an easy walk to Kensington Gardens, the Natural History Museum, Kensington High St and Harrods. More...

Had a lovely 3 night stay in the Park City. I was greeted with a Birthday cake and chocolates and a card from the Park City team. .very nice. The 'Executive' room was larger than we expected,( London hotel rooms are usually small) and was also welcoming although very warm..the air con didn't seem to work efficiently,so we asked for a fan which was dutifully given. The choice at breakfast was plentiful and there were options for a cooked breakfast..The staff were always very friendly from check-in,porters and restaurant and made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel is situated in a quiet street,only a 7-10 minute walk from the Gloucester Road tube station (Picadilly Line)and away from the bustle of London,surrounded by mews and grassy 'squares' for those who like to explore the area. Other reviews have mentioned the less than speedy wifi, but the inclusion of a full Sky package for those that like their television makes up for it. It's certainly a hotel that we would use again and would definitely recommend to those that asked. More...

We arrived at 7am. Khairul was kind enough to find us a room (nice room btw!) for early check in. Fantastic..we could hv a shower and bfast before venturing out right away.

Booked last minute and am pleasantly surprised. Beautiful hotel in Kensington, London whilst with my book architect and publishers. .. THE best selection of toiletries! Shoe shine, shaving kit, sewing kit, vanity kit, shower cap and more in individually wrapped paper. Nice touch.

Pretty sure I must have gotten an upgrade. Large room for London. With full Sky package on 40" TV, King size bed and even a Samsung phone for me to make internet calls and searches for free! (Nicer touch!) More...

The fact that we received a smart phone with full data privileges improves the ability to help travellers plan transportation, meals and excursions throughout the trip - that was top class! I think that alone helps guests adapt to their surroundings and truly enjoy. The rooms were a great size and well maintained. We never ate at the hotel but the overall service was great! Especially the concierge. Location was also wonderful to the tube, restaurants or even a walk to some of the most beautiful areas of Kensington. If ever back in London, this is our first choice! Completely awesome experience!Our first trip to London and this boutique hotel helped set the tone.After a long flight from LA we hit the tube and got off at Earl's Court. This dropped us into a great little part of Kensington we fell in love with.Lots of shops. Pubs, and restaurants. A brief walk down the street by the single best coffee we had in London [Over Under] and into the Grand Park.Everyone greets you when you arrive and the front staff was the best I've met, and I travel quite a bit.I had sent an email that we were early arriving and if they could have our two rooms ready for early check in we would be most appreciative.Rooms were ready at 11a THNX, and adjoining as requested THNX again.Sadly they were downstairs but the only way to accommodate our need for one room with extra beds.Rooms were well appointed and missing nothing.Tea and water in lobby, great restaurant, a staff to meet every need, awesome walking location to hot spots in Kensington... what more could you want.One tip. Cross Cromwell and walk toward the K palace. Beautiful neighborhood to meander and hit Builders Arms for a pint. More...

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. First impressions were good, the lobby was clean and the staff seemed decent. The room I stayed in was nice but was in an awkward place near the hotel bathrooms. In the room, there was a kettle with complementary tea and cookies. There is a tv with over 600 channels and many movies to watch. But the best thing about my stay was the bathroom. The bathroom was very large and the shower was amazing. The rooms had plenty of outlets and even had the European standard outlet.  My only complaint would be the light switches. They were very odd. The hotel staff was very hospitable and answered any questions we had, whether that be which tube lines to take or call a cab for us. The hotel is in a great location. It is located near grocery stores, tube stations, and numerous restaurants. 4/5 More...

This is one of the nicest hotels in the UK. the room are good size and nicely appointed. The staff and service are unsurpassed. Hotel si trova in una bella zona tranquilla a 5 minuti dalla metro Earl's Court. Ristoranti vicini e anche supermarket a 2 minuti. Avevamo una tripla con tre letti molto comodi. After many hours of researching to find a hotel in London for the last leg of our vacation, we stumbled upon The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel and we couldn't have been happier. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and our room was huge, which was a pleasant surprise considering our first room in London at another location was incredibly tiny for my 6'3" husband. Having our own bathroom(sink, toilet,shower) in our room was a must for our trip and we loved how spacious it was. The staff helped us book a couple last minute tours and directed us to a fun little neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and Earl's Court Underground Station- all just under a 10minute walk. London is huge and while this hotel is at a great location, we found it easier to hop in an uber or use the tube. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but its only a 20minute ride via taxi/uber from the Eurostar or you can take the metro and exit Earl's Court and walk less than 10minutes to the hotel. We had an early flight the next morning and had the front staff call a taxi for us to take us to the airport- about a 30minute ride to LHR. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again! More...

Ein schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage, nicht zu weit vom Schuss. Das Frühstück ist für Londoner Verhältnisse gut. Das Restaurant ist auch abends einen Besuch wert!

NOT CLOSED!  Conveniently located hotel with good service, small but well appointed rooms, free wifi, good buffet breakfast (not included in room price).
