I saw a post on here a month or so ago.. from Charlotte Butler about Mortgage advise coz that’s what she does! I commented because I am in a tricky situation in shared ownership in Romiley! OH.MY.GOD!! This may well have been the BEST message I EVER sent! I can’t even begin to put across how AWESOME she is! We have discussed my Situ on messages and even without meeting her I knew I liked her.... then we had calls and we laughed and chatted! Today I actually met her in an official capacity at her office.... (On a Sunday!!!) straight away we clicked! Don’t get me wrong? VERY Professional! Went through GDPR new regs, all the legal stuff, her mission for me, totally HONEST, OPEN & TRANSPARENT! I like solving puzzles and my job allows me to do that on a grand scale. Dealing with the largest investment in your life can be daunting, but there aren't many scenarios I haven't come across and solved.
